What we are doing to keep you safe

When we resume regular dental visits, you will see some differences. At Cooper Dental, the well-being of our patients and our team is at the core of everything we do. Our safety standards have always been exceedingly high, and in response to the current health crisis, we will be increasing our protective equipment and protocols even more. Following the guidance from our state and local officials, here is what you can expect at your next dental visit with us.

  • WELLNESS SCREENING: To better protect all of us from exposure to coronavirus, we’ll be doing a wellness check 48 hours before each appointment. We’ll recheck before each appointment begins.

  • CAR CHECK-IN PROCESS: Please call us from the car to check-in, if possible we will collect payment at that time to limit your exposure in the office. Each patient will go as quickly as possible to the treatment room.

  • MASKS: Please come to your appointment wearing a mask. All staff will be wearing masks during the day.

  • TEMPERATURE CHECKS: All staff and patients will check their temperature before entering the clinical area.

  • HAND SANITIZING: Before and after each appointment, we’ll asking you to use the handwashing station.

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING: We will be doing our best to limit the number of people in the waiting area.

  • SANITIZING NON-CLINICAL: Magazines, blankets, coffee, and toys will be removed from the office until we can ensure they are safe to reintroduce. All remaining surfaces will be meticulously and regularly cleaned.

  • MANDATORY CONFIRMATION: All appointments must be confirmed, and the wellness check completed for the appointment to occur.

  • ONE GUARDIAN: Please limit the number of people that accompany you to one guardian per patient.

  • SANITIZING CLINICAL: Clinical areas have always been and will continue to be meticulously maintained.

  • OFFICE FILTRATION: Additional medical-grade filtration systems have been added to each operatory and office general area.
